Acceptable Use Policy for Brhyt™ Studio, LLC and Brhyt™ Productions, LLC

You must ensure that your content and your conduct complies with this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”).BRHYT Productions, LLC (“BRHYT”) may (but is not obligated to) monitor your activities as it relates to theenforcement of this Policy. BRHYT may take all appropriate actions to enforce its rights including removingspecific content from production or suspending services.

1. Copyright Policy. You may only use content that you have the right to use and share. Copyrightowners may send BRHYT a cease and desist order as stated in our Copyright Policy if they believeBRHYT is producing video footage that is using infringing materials. We will, in appropriatecircumstances, terminate production services of persons who infringe upon a third-party’s copyright.
2. Live Stream Content Restrictions.
   1. Live Stream Content needs to be planned ahead of time within the Pre-Production process, as defined in your Master Production Services Agreement, unless otherwise stated in your Statement of Work. You may not use BRHYT services to broadcast or live stream content that:
      1. BRHYT retains the sole and exclusive right to terminate immediately, and at its discretion, anylive transmission that includes any of the preceding content restrictions listed above.
      2. Infringes any third party’s copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.);
      3. Is sexually explicit (e.g., pornography) or proposes a transaction of a sexual nature;
      4. Is hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory or incites hatred against any individual or group;
      5. Promotes or supports terror or hate groups;
      6. Exploits minors;
      7. Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence;
      8. Provides instructions on how to assemble explosive/incendiary devices or homemade/improvised firearms;
      9. Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals;
      10. Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes or proposes an unlawful transaction;
      11. Makes false or misleading claims about vaccination safety;
      12. Conveys false or misleading health-related information that has a serious potential to cause public harm;
      13. Claims that mass tragedies are hoaxes or false flag operations;xiii.Depicts or encourages self-harm; or
      14. Violates any applicable law.
3. Final Edit Version License Terms.
   1. The use of the Final Edit Version is limited to strictly your normal business usage, businesspromotion purposes, communicating business messaging, promotion of your businessbranding, and other like uses.
   2. You are strictly prohibited from using the Final Edit Version for any explicit commercial resaleof the Final Edit Version that results in any pecuniary gain to your business without the express prior written approval from Brhyt™ Studio and Brhyt™ Productions
4. ‍Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy We may update our Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Acceptable Use Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
